Frequently Asked Questions

Where is The Spa Esthetiques located?
We now have two great locations to serve all of Northwest Arkansas. Our flagship spa is located on Walton Blvd in Bentonville. Our second location recently opened in the Har-Ber Meadows area of Springdale. Click here for maps and driving directions.

How do I decide what treatments are best for me?
Just ask one of our service coordinators. He or she will be happy to discuss the individual treatment in more depth. If you should need additional information, we will gladly schedule a consultation.

How early should I arrive to my appointment?
We ask that our spa guests arrive fifteen minutes prior to their scheduled start time and that our salon guests arrive at their scheduled appointment time. Arriving late for spa appointments will reduce the length of your service. Remember, your treatment must end on time so that the next client is not delayed.

Does the spa confirm appointments?
Yes, we attempt to confirm your services the day prior. Clients are encouraged to call and confirm as well.

What should I wear to the spa?
We suggest comfortable clothing. For multiple spa services, however, you will receive a robe and slippers upon arrival. All of our therapists are trained to properly drape sheets and towels for discretion and privacy.

Should I wear my jewelry to the spa?
We suggest that you leave any jewelry or personal belongings at home.

How can I be more comfortable during my spa service?
Ask your therapist to adjust pressure, lighting, placement of draping or room temperature. Please feel free to communicate your needs at all times.

Why type of payments does Esthetiques accept?
We accept cash, checks with proper identification, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Can I leave a gratuity?
Envelopes are available for your convenience at the front desk. You may also include a gratuity on your check or credit card.

What is Esthetiques cancellation policy?
We require a 48 hour notice prior to your spa service. For multiple services, we require either a gift certificate number or credit card number to reserve your time. If you fail to appear on the day of your service or if you fail to cancel your appointment, a credit card number will be required to reserve your next appointment.

The Spa Esthetiques reserves the right to reduce the amount of your gift certificate or charge your credit card for the total cost of the service(s) scheduled.

It is our goal to provide the best possible service and it is important to us that you have a pleasurable experience at The Spa Esthetiques. Therefore, we kindly request that you make child care arrangements prior to your visit, unless your child has an appointment with us.

If you have any questions or concerns about our service, policies or staff, please speak directly to any manager, who will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
